From used PET bottles/flake to clean rPET flake
Every batch of raw material that enters our factory goes through 5 core steps in sequence — purchasing and weighing, grinding, hot washing, AI sorting, and quality checking before delivery — to produce rPET flake that is clean and consistent every time.
Purchase & Weighing
Bottles and PET flake are received, weighed and logged by batch.
Grinding into Flake
Whole bottles are ground into uniform-sized flake.
Hot Wash
Soaked and washed in an 85°C hot-water tank to remove grease, glue and odor.
AI Sorting
AI cameras and NIR sensors sort out color and any contaminants that survived washing.
Quality Check & Delivery
Cleanliness and moisture are tested before packing and shipping to customers.
Purchase & Weighing
Used PET bottles and flake from suppliers are weighed and given an initial inspection at the factory gate before intake. Every batch has its source, weight and material type logged, so it can be traced through every step that follows.

Grinding into Flake
Whole PET bottles received are ground down into uniform-sized flake, suitable for the washing and sorting steps that follow. Flake already purchased pre-ground skips this step and goes straight to washing.
Hot Wash
PET flake is soaked and washed in an 85°C hot-water tank to remove grease, label glue, and organic contaminants left on the bottles. This is far more effective than typical cold washing, leaving the flake clean with its true color clearly visible before sorting.

AI Sorting
Cleaned flake passes through an automated sorter using AI Vision cameras together with Near-Infrared sensors to detect color and any contaminants that survived washing in real time, automatically rejecting off-grade flake. This reduces reliance on manual labor and improves output consistency.
Quality Check & Delivery
Before packing, every batch of rPET flake is tested for cleanliness and moisture to confirm it meets the customer's required grade. It is then packed and shipped with production-batch documentation so customers can trace it back whenever needed.
