Hot-wash first, then AI sorting
Incoming PET bottles and flake first pass through a high-temperature hot-wash tank to remove grease, glue and contaminants. This lets our AI Vision cameras and NIR sensors see true colors and sort grades far more accurately than sorting before washing.

Grinding into Flake
Whole bottles are ground into uniform-sized flake.
Hot Wash
Soaked and washed in an 85°C hot-water tank to remove grease, glue and odor.
AI Sorting
AI cameras and NIR sensors sort out color and any contaminants that survived washing.
Quality Check & Delivery
Cleanliness and moisture are tested before packing and shipping to customers.
